• I make no claim to ownership of any solution developed by Mustard Seed IT or associates.
• If my idea or problem is selected, I will receive the initial solution for free, but ongoing maintenance fees will apply.
• I understand the solution developed may be sold to others and I cannot claim any rights to the proceeds thereof.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

• All solutions developed remain the exclusive intellectual property of problemtofix.com.
• Any code, designs, processes, or other deliverables are protected by copyright.
• I have no right to redistribute, sell, or share the solution with third parties.

Implementation & Responsibility

• problemtofix.com provides solutions “as is” without any warranties.
• I am solely responsible for implementing any provided solution.
• problemtofix.com is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from solution implementation.
• Results may vary based on implementation and business circumstances.

Information Handling

• My contact information will be stored securely and used only for communication about my submission.
• My business problem may be used anonymously for marketing or case studies.
• problemtofix.com will not share my personal information with third parties.
• My submission may be reviewed to determine solution feasibility.
